Welcome to Safe Home Pestochem India Pvt. Ltd. By requesting an inspection, entering into a service agreement, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with the following operational terms.

1. Service Scope & Inspections

All pest control treatments commence following a structured preliminary inspection. Recommendations, chemical choices, and warranty conditions are documented in the service contract provided prior to treatment commencement.

2. Safety & Client Precautions

Clients are required to adhere to safety instructions specified by our certified technicians, including vacating rooms during aerosol/fog applications and observing specified re-entry drying intervals for children and domestic pets.

3. Warranty & Guarantee Policies

Service warranties (such as termiticide barriers and porous pipe installations) are contingent on preserving treated chemical soil zones from unauthorized physical disruption, foundation tampering, or exterior soil refilling.

4. Governing Law

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
